Mini Bolognese Pies

A simple dinner for any day of the week or to take to school.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Bolognese

  • Lo Dough Wrap

  • 20g Cheddar Cheese (grated)

METHOD​

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Lay a lo dough wrap on a chopping board.

  3. Take a mug, turn upside down and place onto the lo dough wrap. Apply pressure to cut a circular pie base out of the wrap and repeat 3 more times.

    *Be sure to put the edge of the mug right to the edge of the wrap and the previous cut to ensure you can make 4 pie bases from 1 wrap.*

     

  4. Press pie bases into muffin tray.

  5. Open KetoClassic Bolognese and pop into microwave for 30 seconds.

  6. Pour warm KetoClassic Bolognese into each of the pie bases.

  7. Add a pinch of grated cheese to the top of each pie.

  8. Pop in the oven for 10 mins.

  9. Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 mins.

  10. Use a tablespoon to carefully remove from the muffin try.

  11. ENJOY!

    Eat one or two pies straight away and place the others in the fridge and cover for a later date. Eat cold or reheat well in microwave/oven.
