Mini Bolognese Pies
A simple dinner for any day of the week or to take to school.
INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Bolognese

Lo Dough Wrap

20g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
METHOD

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Lay a lo dough wrap on a chopping board.

Take a mug, turn upside down and place onto the lo dough wrap. Apply pressure to cut a circular pie base out of the wrap and repeat 3 more times.
*Be sure to put the edge of the mug right to the edge of the wrap and the previous cut to ensure you can make 4 pie bases from 1 wrap.*

Press pie bases into muffin tray.

Open KetoClassic Bolognese and pop into microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour warm KetoClassic Bolognese into each of the pie bases.

Add a pinch of grated cheese to the top of each pie.

Pop in the oven for 10 mins.

Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 mins.

Use a tablespoon to carefully remove from the muffin try.

ENJOY!
Eat one or two pies straight away and place the others in the fridge and cover for a later date. Eat cold or reheat well in microwave/oven.
