Chicken Nuggets
A family favourite full of flavour and super simple.
INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Savoury

Salt & Pepper

Garlic Powder
-
Onion Powder
-
Parmesan
-
Egg
-
Flour substitute (coconut)
METHOD

Crumble the savoury into the breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Mix in salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of both garlic powder and onion powder/salt.

Use the fine side of the grater to grate around 10g of parmesan and add to mix.
*The breadcrumb mix can be used to coat chicken, fish or veg as a nugget or even as a crust topping. Follw the next steps for nuggets.*

Roll diced chicken into coconut flour.

Dip and cover in beaten egg.

Roll in breadcrumb mix.

Place on baking tray and cook in the over for 25-30 mins.

Allow to cool and serve with full fat mayonnaise.
*Sprinkle any extra savoury mix over the nuggets once on the baking tray.
