Gingerbread Muffins

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Savoury

  • Butter (melted)

  • Egg (whole, whisked)

  • Baking Powder

  • Inulin

  • Ginger, ground

  • Cinnamon, ground

  • Orange Juice

​INSTRUCTIONS​

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grate/crumble the savoury into fine breadcrumbs into a bowl.

  3. Add the baking powder and spices and inulin.

  4. Add egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients, add orange juice (if using).

    *You can add some liquid sweetener if you prefer a sweeter flavour.

     

  5. Mix ingredients together and divide into 5 equal portions.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

  7. Allow to cool slightly and place on a cooling tray.

    *These can be frozen.
    *You can also top the muffines by mixing cream cheese with sugar free syrup or simply use sugar free icing.
