Keto Macaroons

So simple and a perfect snack when on the go, at school or at home.

​INGREDIENTS

  • KetoClassic Porridge or Muesli

  • Egg (beaten)

  • Choice of Sweetener

METHOD​

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan assisted) and top a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. In a bowl beat one medium egg. If necessary, you can simply use and egg yolk to suit your prescription.

  3. In a separate bowl add 50g of the KetoClassic Porridge or Muesli and mix in your choice of sweetener.

  4. Add 20g of the beaten egg to the KetoClassic Porridge or Muesli, mix and stir well.

    You can also add a dash of some sugar free flavoured syrups at this point.

     

  5. Using a teaspoon, collect one spoons worth of the mix, loosely form with fingers when on the spoon and place on baking paper. Overall, this recipe should make between 4-5 macaroons.

  6. Pop in the oven for 10mins until the macaroons are beginning to brown.

    *You can also add your choice of sugar free syrup to give a little flavour variety.
