No Bake Cheesecake

KetoClassic Savoury

Unsalted Butter

Full Fat Cream Cheese

Double Cream
METHOD
This recipe uses one full savoury which equates to two portions of the final recipe. Simply half the savoury and half the quantities for a single portion.

Using a blender, grater or just your hands, crumble the KetoClassic Savoury into breadcrumbs.

Pour 20g melted butter into breadcrumbs and mix well.

Add the mixture to a small dish, and compress down to form the cheesecake base. Leave aside or pop in the fridge.

In a bowl, mix together 10g double cream and 30g cream cheese. At this stage, you can add a little flavour such as sugar free syrups.

Top the cheesecake base with this mixture.

Finally, you can add a few berries on top for a little added flavour.

If cutting into smaller portions, pop in the fridge to allow all to set before cutting.
