Shepherd's Pie
A warming and delicious family favourite for dinner any day of the week.
INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Bolognese

KetoClassic Savoury

10g Cheddar Cheese (grated)

4g Olive Oil (1 teaspoon)
METHOD

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Pour the Bolognese into a small oven proof dish and mix in the olive oil.

Crumble the savoury on top.

Grate the cheddar and sprinkle on top of the savoury topping.

Place in the oven for 15 min.
Eat one third straight away and place the other two thirds in the fridge and cover for a later date. Or you can freeze the left overs for a later date.
To re heat from fridge temperature or from defrosting please put in the microwave at a high temperature for 3 mins or you can heat slowly in the oven at a medium heat for 20mins.
To Make 4:1
Use 3:1 recipe and method above adding the following:

Add extra 10g of Cheddar Cheese (20g in total).

Mix cheese with 30g of grated ghee - chill or freeze ghee first, then grate.
To Make 2:1
Use 3:1 recipe and method above adding the following:

Add 50g of mince meat (15% fat).
