Spaghetti Carbonara

A quick and simple family favourite, full of flavour.


  • KetoClassic Chicken

  • Creme Fraiche

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Your choice of spaghetti - Low carb noodles / courgetti



​Makes 2 portions - Store 1 in fridge or freezer.

  1. Heat olive oil in small pan.

  2. When hot, add chopped mushrooms until cooked. Then add finely chopped garlic - cook until the garlic is soft - do not fry at a high heat or burn.

  3. Heat up KetoClassic Chicken in microwave. Remove pan from the heat and add KetoClassic Chicken.

  4. Add crème fraiche and stir in.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Divide into two equal portions and store the one portion in the freezer or fridge.


3:1 - Add 1 mushroom (30g)

4:1 - Add extra tablespoon when cooking garlic (9g)
